Assistant Account ManagerIf you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESï‚· Provide necessary supports to Account Manager(s) to meet or exceed sales quotaï‚· Proactively respond to the customer's inquiries on products features, prices, and availability, prepare the sales quotation accordinglyï‚· Work under the direction of Account Manager to maintain a positive relationship with customersï‚· Support Account Manager on sales activities in an effort to win projectsï‚· Process one-time/small quantity order via customer call or online inquiryï‚· Prepare and negotiate sales contract with best possible terms and conditions for company with customers to achieve a win-win dealï‚· Present customer's needs and feedback to the Account Manager for the applicable solutions or improvementï‚· Review and process purchasing orders for customersï‚· Work on the logistics in regards to products and services with various departmentsï‚· Provide professional and quality services to internal/external customersï‚· Follow company's policesï‚· Update sales forecast and provide weekly status report to the management teamREQUIREMENTSï‚· Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written are requiredï‚· Self- motivated, self-organized and detail orientedï‚· Ability to handle high volumes of customer calls on a regular basisï‚· A strong problem solving skillï‚· Computer literacy, including but not limited to, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and company ERP systemï‚· A minimum of 1-3 years sales experience in Embedded hardware industry preferredï‚· A good knowledge of company products is a plusï‚· BS degree in Engineering major is preferred
