Title | Clinical Account ExecutiveCheck out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Department | CO1SAS/MKT CORPReports To | Regional Sales DirectorOverview:Successfully execute all sales strategies and objectives as defined by strategic and sales business plans in order to achieve the budgeted goals set and help position future growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing customer service, support and implementation of Company's value propositionResponsible for prospecting and development of new accounts and the growth of existing accounts through enhancement to customer relationships and communication of technical and medical product informationExecution of the Company business plan and strategic initiatives to meet or exceed annual projected budgetsFacilitate interactions with Company/Business Partner resources to assist customers with Billing, Reimbursement, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, Marketing, or other customer-related needs, including sales presentations in a professional and effective mannerEffectively communicate across all Company departments and with Management on all commercial sales and service related itemsAssist in the preparation of price quotations and contracts, contract negotiations and finalizing sales for potential customersPerform clinical in-services and provide education programs for professional staff, i.e. doctors, nurses, and other key healthcare staff through 1:1 presentations, round table discussions, and formal presentationsWork with Sales Leadership to design and implement marketing and educational strategies for the promotion and growth of molecular imagingAssist customers in initiating their PET program through facility design, licensing, hot lab set-up, protocol development, etc.Maintain a working knowledge of products, services, and business intelligence Assist in the planning of sales exhibits, attend trade shows, and participate in education and training conferencesAssist Regional Director's in completion of monthly business reports, and annual projections/forecasting of all territory sales related metricsQualificationsMust be persistent, energetic, capable of working independently and available to travel via all types of transportationBachelors' degree in Science, Medical or Clinical related fieldThree to five years of medical sales experience; Nuclear Medicine or Medical Imaging experience a plusProven experience in superior interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for interacting with customers and vendorsEstablished track record of building strong relationships through a highly customer-service oriented mindsetStrong project management and applications experience (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with the ability to prepare and present at an executive levelWorking knowledge of Salesforce CRM or other similar Customer Relationship Management softwareExperience in strong negotiation and contract managementStrong attention to detailRobust interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of managementAptitude to deal with confidential informationClean driving record and ability to travel to accounts and trade shows as necessaryExperience in problem solving and strong customer service skills
