Volt is immediately hiring an Employee Service Center Analyst in LOUISVILLE, Colorado 80027 As an Employee Service Center Analyst, you will be. The Employee Service Center Analyst will use independent judgment and problem-solving skills to address employee inquiries through our case management system.Will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, handling inquiries related to human resources in general and across domains of payroll, benefits, HR policies, HR systems, and more.Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and people managers on inquiries relating to general HR, policies, practices, processes, issues, and systems.Provide professional, tactful, and discrete communications when handling employee inquiries.Reference or create documents and reference materials to provide accurate resolutions to employee inquiries.Identify areas for enhancement, such as process improvements, and propose solutions.Achieve performance measures and adhere to established customer service standards.Ensure all service level agreements are met or exceeded.Escalate non-routine matters to HR Shared Services Sr. Specialist for additional research and guidance.Demonstrate proficiency with technology required to complete assigned tasks.Assist with coverage and support team members as needed. Key skills:1-3 years of Human Resources and/or call center environment experience.Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced environment.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer-focused and collaborative - a flexible team player who can interface professionally with all levels of employees, applicants, and vendors, including taking personal responsibility for customer satisfaction, providing clear explanations, and making an extra effort to satisfy customer needs.Strong desktop computer skills, ability to effectively navigate web-based solutions, and use MS Office suite for routine tasks like email, managing spreadsheets, and word processing.
