This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for performing accounting tasks for a portfolio of our clients. Earn company stock at no cost to you.401(k) with employer match.Medical/Dental/Vision insurances.Short-Term and Long-Term Disability options (some company paid!).Generous PTO.Paid Holidays.Employee bonus referral program.Advancement opportunities.Role and Responsibilities:Perform monthly analytical review, variance analysis and financial statement preparation for a portfolio of properties.Serve as primary financial contact for properties assigned.Draft annual projections and budgets and participate in year-end work paper preparation.Reconcile bank account statements.Assist in the filing of annual taxes and financial statement preparation.Review and approve invoices to ensure accuracy.Process and reconcile client billing.Performs additional duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Must possess a thorough understanding of business machine operations, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Yardi software experience a plus.Ability to meet deadlines and work additional hours during certain times of the year to meet Accounting Department deadlines.Analytical skills necessary in order to manage complex task assignments and provide direction/support to co-workers in task performance.Interpersonal skills necessary in order to effectively deal with co-workers and outside persons.PI5afc61fcef79-35216-36025427
