Tasks: resource validation / virtual machines / storage and services within these platforms Expereince with additional Tools like (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).2-3 years' experience in a technical support, IT monitoring or system operations role demonstrating observability principles and best practices Experience with monitoring tools and systems used to track and report system health / performanceFundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP /IP, DNS, HTTP etc.)and IT infrastructure (servers / databases / cloud services (AZURE & AWS)Familiarity with monitoring tasks and tools in relation to Azure or AWS "‚IT Certifications - CompTIA A+, Network+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, MS Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar certifications are a plusDay to Day:Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications from various platforms, including cloud environments (Azure, AWS), network, applications, servers, and databases.Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and cloud resources.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team or senior analyst.Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, including steps taken, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required.Perform routine checks and reports on system health and performance, focusing on both on-premises and cloud-based systems.Provide first-level support for clients and end-users, troubleshooting issues through phone, email, or ticketing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve incident response times and overall operational efficiency
