A respected personal injury firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This position offers the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys on cases from inception through trial. Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and responsiveness. Draft and prepare legal documents, including summons, complaints, discovery demands, responses, and motions. Organize materials for court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation. Obtain and manage medical records and related authorizations. Provide general administrative support as required.Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Filevine is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to accurately manage case information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certification preferred.Benefits: Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000.
