Leadership is not confined to titles but is a shared responsibility at every level, empowering individuals to lead with vision and contribute to our overarching mission.JOB SUMMARYThe Director of Partnership Activation will manage the day-to-day operation of the Partnership Activation Department with a focus on providing our partners with world-class service and strategic activation platforms resulting in increased partnership retention and revenue.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee assigned partnership service and activation for LPGA Tour partnersManage, train and supervise corporate partnership team membersEnhance current partnership agreements with focus on new/improved activation platformsLead and own all renewal conversations with partners while driving upsell opportunitiesUse creative thinking and industry knowledge to maximize ROI for each partnerFulfill LPGA Tour partnership agreements with exceptional customer serviceResponsibility and accountability for department revenue targets and budget managementConduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with current and prospective partnersManages all partnership deliverables (i.e. signage, print, promotional, tournament, social, digital, hospitality, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met and activations are compliant with policiesOversee mid-season and end of season partner recapsUtilize CRM as a tool for inventory management and fulfillment trackingIncrease annual partner investments via upsells and new activation elementsPlan and execute all partner events from start to finishWork with other departments to ensure fulfillment of all client deliverables/communicationStrive to achieve company and department goals and objectivesDevelop strong, long-term relationships with both clients and co-workersPerform other duties, as assignedQUALIFICATIONSCollege Degree (preferably in Business or Sports Management) or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 7-10 years in partnership marketingMarketing and promotions planning backgroundProven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven cultureSkilled in providing strategic direction, setting clear goals, and empowering team members to achieve business objectivesExceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholdersFamiliarity with Salesforce/ KORE or similar CRM systemDomestic and international travel is required and must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.Ability to communicate complex ideas, and represent the organization with professionalism and credibilityMust be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureThe LPGA offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in office each week, competitive salary and benefits package that includes, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, golf and fitness center privileges, access to all of our events, and many other great benefits to all full-time employees.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.PDN-9e34f248-ff44-4d3a-a9fa-d88982d1df1a
