Being non-corporate, we operate as a close-knit team, often sharing family meals and including our staff in various activities. We do not rely on agency staff to maintain continuity; instead, our own staff pick up shifts to ensure adequate staffing. We have a 72-bed skilled nursing facility and a 95-bed assisted living community. Our 25-bed ventilation and trach unit is staffed with Respiratory Care Therapists, nurses, and STNAs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.We are looking for dedicated STNA's to join our team to provide exceptional care for our residents. We work 12 hour shifts that include every other weekend.
