Description:While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Risk Specialist, who is responsible for ensuring that fraud risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained, and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their fraud risks while meeting business and regulatory expectationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree is a plus5+ years of experienceExperience with the creation review/maintenance in the operational/technology risk programsProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointExperience with Archer GRCExperience with the development and management of internal risks and controlExperience with ServiceNowExperience with technology risk within Financial institutionsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite1st Line of Defense risk experienceAnalytical background is a plusProficient in Visio is a plusProficient in Tableau is a plusCOSO certification is a plusExperience with GenAI is a plus Experience with KY3P (know your third party) is a plusISACA Certifications are a plus CISA or Certified Risk Systems Controls (CRISC) Certifications are a plus Responsibilities:Leads or influences technology risk initiatives and business-as-usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact, and makes recommendations on resolution.
