What you get to do: Leverage modern sales and recruitment strategies to connect with top talent and businesses  Identify and engage potential clients in need of Randstad's workforce solutions  Build lasting relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers  Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers Drive results through high volume sales activities (lots of cold calls, drops, and on-site client meetings) Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client's potential Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates  Market talent to make certain they land the right job Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent What you need to bring: Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of outbound B2B/B2C sales experience  Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred  Proven track record of excelling in the past roles  Strong technical competency and ability to leverage digital tools  Results driven mindset with success in a metrics-driven environment Excellent relationship-building and communication skills  Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
