We're proud of our more than 80-year commitment to protecting the livelihoods and futures of our client/members and creating an atmosphere where our employees thrive.What You'll Do: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll share responsibility for ensuring our systems are designed and produced to meet and exceed customer requirements. This includes but is not limited to: assisting with gathering and grooming requirements, troubleshooting system problems, creating test scenarios, and coordinating user testing. You will assist with technical aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly commission cycles. You will test and maintain PIC XML code as requested. No two days are the same, so it's important to be adaptable and flexible as you will have other duties as assigned.What It Takes to Join Our Team:Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4 years of relevant experience required. Insurance industry experience preferred.Knowledge of licensing, commission business processes, and field compensation programs are preferred.Analytical, problem solving, and testing skills.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Exceptional customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Computer skills are required in order to quickly learn multiple systems (Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred).Ability to work from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa with some flexibility after training.What We Offer You: When you're on our team, you get more than a great paycheck.
