Volt is immediately hiring a Senior On-Site Service Specialist in REDWOOD CITY, California 94063 As a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, you will be responsible for. JOB TITLE: Senior On-Site Service Specialist Job Description This role will consist of setting up conference room, restock supplies, maintain records for inventories etc. They should have basic computer skill to perform general clerical tasks with Microsoft Office and have strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written. The manager is looking for someone with customer facing experience and basic facility maintenance skill. The candidates should be able to move/lift less than 50 lbs. Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform meeting room and conference room set ups.Perform building customer occupant moves within assigned facilities.Maintain occasional cleaning duties as needed in the interior and exterior of office or building locationsRestock and maintain records for inventories of supplies needed.Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.May perform general clerical and delivery duties.Performs other job duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience And Certifications) Typically Required: Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 -2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field. Some related copy job experience is preferred. May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Client policy. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction - prepare, provide, and convey diversified informationSome physical effort is required which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. and in pushing or pulling machines on wheels in order to move for repairs.Walking between buildings may be necessary. Moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
