Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a LenZ Support Specialist: Job will be remote three days per week, but will require one day onsite in Franklin, TN and Smryna, TN, and 3 days off sitePay is $50,000-58,000/year plus 10 days of PTO, 10 days paid holidaysThis role will be multifaceted, balancing both operational and strategic responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning and promotion of the LenZ platform within the automotive dealership network.A LenZ Support Specialist plays a crucial role in managing both the technical and logistical aspects of the LenZ platform, ensuring dealerships have the support and resources they need to effectively utilize the system. It's a position that requires a blend of technical proficiency, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. License Management:Oversee Frontline licenses for automotive dealers and ensuring they are compliant and resources are used efficiently.Inventory and Shipping:Handle the packaging and shipping of headsets, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely delivery.Coordinate purchasing of headsets based on dealership needs, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing excess.Reporting:Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on LenZ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Marketing Initiatives:Drive marketing efforts to promote the LenZ platform within the network, boosting adoption and engagement.Supplier Coordination:Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate cost improvements, ensuring cost effectiveness and competitiveness in the market.Work closely with suppliers and enterprise Digital to enhance integrations and resolve technical issues promptly.Technical Support:Provide technical support to dealerships when issues arise, offering timely solutions and troubleshooting assistance. Ideal Candidate Qualities:Automotive Industry Experience:Some experience within the automotive industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of dealership operations being a significant asset.Technical and Administrative Skills:Proficiency in typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LenZ platform.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and driving process improvements.Work Ethic and Initiative:Self motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range- Pay is $50,000-58,000/year plus 10 days of PTO, 10 days paid holidays Benefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident & Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Website: is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
