We use the latest technology to fully load test and function test all of our repairs. In addition, we also offer new, surplus and refurbished equipment, we even stock thousands of obsolete units. We are the largest repair facility in North America and we are a leader in our industry.Global Electronic Services is looking for motivated individuals to help build our Account Management sales team. A strong candidate would possess some sales experience (inbound/outbound call center preferred), good speaking ability, a persuasive attitude, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Candidates also must adhere to Global Electronic Services call requirements and be able to handle constructive criticism of selling techniques. Additional duties include but are not limited to:Outbound Call Requirements:Make up to 85-100 Outbound Calls per DayBe aggressiveUse a set series of scripted call guidelines on every callSales Requirements:Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of workBuild a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accountsConsistently secure new business for the region through prospectingWork to build partnerships with Distributors to increase sales pipelinesUtilize your sales skills and the provided solutions toolbox to recover accounts or to increase profitability from existing active accountsUpsell customers on repair services, as well as the purchase of new or refurbished equipmentProvide customers with Sales Quotations when necessary and follow up on those quotations to ensure they progress into ordersContribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promote personal growthTechnical Requirements:Create, Send, and follow up on RMA's (Return Materials Authorization) to customers based on company standards, as well as customer specific requirementsUse a custom Sales CRM database to ensure that accounts are in good standing and being contacted on the required rotation for the allotted account typeBe proficient on the computer and able to type at least 30 WPMIndustry Specific Requirements:Convey a sense of expertise in product knowledge and problem solving ability with challenging customersMaintain up to date product knowledge and stay current on industry trendsLearn and apply the industry specific terminologyProvide warranty support when needed to your customer base including mild troubleshootingAct as a liaison between the customer and the technical staffMoney motivated sales people will flourish with our company! The Account Manager position has a base hourly rate, plus commission, plus bonuses for hitting their monthly sales goal set by management. In addition, we offer a bracket bonus for the top performer in their bracket. There is also a weekly cash prize for the Account Manager with the most new customers for the previous week.
