Regional Sales Rep

As a Regional Sales Rep you will:Cultivate and manage enduring relationships with key accounts, both internal and external, within the car wash industry.Drive significant revenue growth by expanding wallet share with existing mid-sized and large car wash customers.Generate new business through proactive prospecting and market penetration within the car wash sector, capitalizing on substantial market share potential.Employ a consultative, value-added selling approach, focusing on solving customer challenges and securing long-term, repeatable chemical sales within car wash operations.Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan specifically targeting car wash businesses to consistently achieve sales targets.Skillfully qualify competitive situations within the car wash market and tailor value propositions to secure business.Negotiate profitable pricing and solutions with car wash owners and managers.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on the car wash industry to support projected profitable growth.Travel regularly to car wash locations and industry events to cultivate relationships and expand sales.Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.  The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in business or chemistry preferred.2+ years of successful industrial sales experience, specifically within the car wash industry, including chemical sales, chemical application, or related sectors.Proven knowledge and experience selling car wash chemicals and related solutions to end-users (car wash operators) and distributors.Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships at all levels within car wash organizations.Proven effectiveness in prospecting for car wash business, delivering compelling presentations tailored to the car wash market, and closing new projects.Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and high achievement orientation, with a focus on the car wash industry.Driven to perform and a willingness to learn and grow within the car wash chemical sales field.Strong consultation, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-resolution skills specific to the car wash industry.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with car wash professionals.Ability to quickly understand new car wash chemical product lines and apply that knowledge to fulfill customer needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Customer Relationship Management), and internet-based programs.Professionally developed sales and territory management skills, tailored to the car wash chemical market.Strong time management skills, process orientation, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to travel up to 35%, including overnight travel.Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Salary: $130,000 - $160,000/year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.
