Nurse Manager, Employee Health

The Employee Health Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and management of Employee Health for Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. This role provides oversight and direction for nursing assessment and treatment to employees including coordinating physical examinations, ordering of appropriate tests, evaluation and treatment as well as follow-up care for both work related and non-work related injuries and illnesses. Manages and monitors all Worker's Compensation claims, oversees the COVID testing site, and vaccine administration, etc. The employee Health Manager works closely with Benefits, Employee Relations, Legal, Pharmacy and Infection Prevention related to all employee health related issues.
