iQuasar LLC is seeking a Training Facilitator. iQuasar is an Northern Virginia company delivering recruitment, proposal development, digital marketing, software development and IT solutions to Small and Medium Business (SMB) Government contractors in technology and Civil Engineering verticals.One of our clients in US-NH-Portsmouth needs a Training FacilitatorPosition: Training FacilitatorLocation: Portsmouth, New HampshirePosition Type: Full timeTravel: OnsiteClearance: SecretKey Responsibilities: Team-Building Facilitation:Plan, design, and deliver dynamic team-building activities tailored to project teams' unique needs.Foster an engaging and inclusive environment that promotes trust, open communication, and mutual respect among team members.Lead interactive discussions and problem-solving exercises to address team dynamics, improve collaboration, and resolve conflicts.Implement methodologies to strengthen team cohesion and morale under high-pressure environments.Program Coordination:Work closely with IPTD program leadership to align team-building activities with Navy objectives and operational goals.Oversee logistics and planning for team-building events, including venue selection, scheduling, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with NAVSEA guidelines and adherence to Navy policies during official training sessions.Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating event logistics, participant communications, and troubleshooting.Leadership and Skill Development:Identify and cultivate leadership potential within teams through structured activities and exercises.Encourage creative problem-solving, innovation, and confidence among team members.Guide teams in recognizing and leveraging individual and collective strengths for better operational outcomes.Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging team leaders, helping them navigate challenges effectively.Outcome Evaluation and Reporting:Assess the effectiveness of training and team-building activities using participant feedback and performance metrics.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to NAVSEA leadership, summarizing outcomes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.Document lessons learned, best practices, and improvement strategies to inform future training programs.Ensure continuous improvement by refining training content and methodologies based on evaluation results.Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:A Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Psychology, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilitating team-building, leadership development, or organizational training programs.Familiarity with Navy operations, ship maintenance processes, or similar military environments.An active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.Up to 10% travel required.
