Job DescriptionScroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Job Location: Spartanburg, SCClearance: US Citizenship required as this supports a federal contractJob Description:The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide support to themanager or director of Human Resources through involvement in allfunctional areas of the HR department with emphasis being inrecruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation, andbenefits. The HRBP will play a key role in the success of theorganization by implantation of HR best practices while facilitating apositive relationship between personnel and senior management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may beassigned.-Provide HR support a business unit/functional area which may includerecruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation, andbenefits.-Act as a liaison between departments/divisions.-Support a small function under guidance of a higher level HRBP.-Provide support to other HRBPs with accountability for the largestfunctions.-Administer HR policies and procedures that cover two or more functionalareas.-Collect and analyze HR data and make recommendations to management.-Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation,benefits, or company policies.-Provide presentations to explain the purpose and goal to seekcompliance and understanding HR policies.-Develop and propose improvement to policies, programs, and proceduresto improve the effectiveness of HR and operations.-Assist in resolving employee relations issues and administeringdisciplinary actions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor's degree in human resources management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.-Three (3) or more years of relevant HR experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:-Certified Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR).-Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.-Ability to establish strong partnerships with functional and businessleaders to develop and execute on long and short-term HR strategies thatdirectly support the business.-Innovative, future-oriented, and open to new thoughts and ideas.-Willing to challenge the status quo and be a strong influencer.-Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture.Arena Technical Resources, LLC, (ATR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer(EOE) who will provide equal employment opportunity to employees andapplicants for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex,pregnancy, national origin, age, veteran status, ancestry, sexual orientation,gender identity or expression, marital status, family structure, genetic information, ormental or physical disability.
