Title: Supply chain Analytics Consultant Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2 Duration: 12 months Location: West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid) As a Supply chain Analytics Consultant, you will:Manage supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects, including Early Pay Discount, Virtual Card, and monitoring Ariba Buying and Invoicing supplier mismatch reports to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft migration.Answer process-related questions from peers, managers, internal business groups, and external suppliers while troubleshooting escalated and complex issues.Prioritize and complete escalations, report system defects, complete requirements for system and process enhancements, and independently complete monthly UAT system testing efforts with test scripts.Analyze risks in processes and document procedures and training requirements to strengthen and improve individual and team performance.Handle system clean-up projects, such as inactivating unused supplier locations and adding physical addresses to active suppliers for Global Sanctions screening.Drive the expansion of suppliers through the Ariba platform, transitioning away from PeopleSoft eProcurement.Conduct Quality Assurance for metrics and performance between Ariba system modules and the PeopleSoft system.Partner with Ariba, supplier key contacts, and various roles across Supply Chain Management (SCM), including Sourcing and Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and Business Groups, to ensure successful supplier onboarding for transacting in Ariba.The ideal candidate will have:Understanding of supplier onboarding and enablement processes, supply chain practices, and risk reduction strategies.Ability to work independently, troubleshoot escalations, and manage priorities with minimal direction.Experience with Ariba, PeopleSoft, and UAT system testing.Analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure system accuracy and process improvement..Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
