Stone & Associates is offering an opportunity to join a high performing insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualified candidates would be responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership. Job duties include reception area responsibilities, processing mail, new file intake, ordering and downloading records, processing invoices, data entry, and other clerical tasks as assigned. The selected candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented with a professional demeanor. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in office. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Location: 14000 Quail Springs Parkway, Suite 230 Oklahoma City, OK 73134Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Provides administrative support and assistance to Law Department colleagues including rotation reception dutiesReception area/phone responsibilitiesProcessing mailNew file intakeOrdering/downloading recordsOther tasks as assignedQualificationsPrevious Experience requiredOffice environment experience preferredStrong customer service background Key Skills requiredStrong organizational skills, prioritizing, decision making, multitasking, time management and proactivityStrong written and oral communication skills (attention to detail, accuracy of data entry)Accurate typing skills neededKnowledge of legal and medical terminology, local and state rules regarding pleadings and pre-trial matters, deadlines, and filing requirementsExperience with medical records collection through subpoenas and/or authorizationsTechnology/software experience requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of Case Management systemWorking knowledge of Document Storage systemEducation requirements including licensing and certificationsAdditional Details:Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately.
