This position will be available at our Starke, FL location and report directly to the Florida Maintenance Manager.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:Installs, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on various equipment in accordance with diagrams, operating manuals, maintenance schedule and manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently on HVAC systems.Ensure compliance with appliance standards.Track HVAC repairs and work completed in SAP.Engage with Management to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that Management may have.Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with Management.Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary.The following is required for this role:A High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.Minimum 3-years' experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a certified HVAC Company.Must have EPA 608 Universal Certification.Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.Physical dexterity.Benefits:Competitive CompensationComprehensive Benefits Packages401(k) MatchEmployee Stock Purchase Program Tuition ReimbursementCommuter Benefits Learning and Development OpportunitiesStrong Inclusion and Diversity InitiativesCompany-paid Volunteer DayWe're a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
