Quality Assurance Manager

Integrated Talent Strategies is working with an industry leader to find a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for directing on-site quality activities and priorities in support of the quality management system and internal and external customer service. This position will collaborate with local management team members and internal stakeholders to champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization to ensure our commitment to quality.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Responsibilities• Direct daily priorities: quality inspections, internal/external customer service,communications, problem-solving, and portal tickets.• Direct weekly priorities: projects, processing customer complaints, defective raw material resolutions, inventory management.• Direct monthly priorities: on-site workstation reviews, data, and content collection, managing tool calibration system, follow-up, and close-out critical quality activities, and global QA objectives.• Work with third-party testing labs, mills/suppliers, and all inputs and outputs linked to the local and global QMSBackground• 3+ years in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related field• 1+ years using Microsoft Office applications such as: Outlook, Excel, Word.• General skillset for technology/IT a bonus• 2+ years of related Technical/industry knowledge: e.g., root cause analysis, auditing,experience in aerospace, medical, defense, Et.
