General Laborer

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a General Laborer in HVAC to work with a top energy company in the New Albany, OH area. This company is highly reputable with several awards for growth, equality, and safety. Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is looking for dedicated workers and experienced equipment operators for this role. This is a 6-month contract for a project with potential for growth opportunity. Great work-life balance.RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on, troubleshoot, repair, install and operate various types of HVAC-related equipment. Perform general building maintenance and repair such as drywall, masonry, painting, ceilings, roofing, tile, carpets, windows, and other related items. Conduct daily inspections of all data center infrastructure equipment. Provide systems availability monitoring and reporting. Maintain records, including inspection documentation, and submit reports as required.QUALIFICATIONS: Completed High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License. Good communication skills. Safety-focused, Punctual, Team Oriented, Respectful, and Motivated.
