About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Director of Corporate Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Senior Corporate Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition and client development account management. This team manages the full sales cycle for the mid-market segmentWhat You'll Do:Frontline manager for a team of 6-10 Senior Corporate Account ExecutivesCoach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practicesForecast accurately to managementWork with internal teams to grow the team's pipeline and increase close ratesRecruit and train new Senior Corporate Account ExecutivesMeet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breachedWhat You'll Need:3+ years of Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in SaaS and/or Security1+ years of front-line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectationsExperience with Salesforce reportingTrack record of leading a successful teamExperience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environmentChannel Sales experience#LI-JJ1#LI-AB3#LI-RemotePandoLogic.
