Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. Position Summary:Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and organized Front Dental Office Staff member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of dental office experience, a strong customer service mindset, and a commitment to long-term growth with our team. You will play a vital role in providing a welcoming environment for our patients, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the dental team in delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits. Manage patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Verify dental insurance( HMO and PPO) . Assist with general office tasks including filing, email correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to a supportive work environment. Educate patients on office policies, treatment options, and post-care instructions. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and always welcoming. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience (front office or dental assistant). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with dental office software( Dentrix) and general computer applications. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
