Laurel, NJAbout the Role Canon Financial Services in Mount Laurel, NJ is currently seeking a Sales Support Representative II (Representative, Sales Supt II). The Sales Support Representative II will be responsible for acting as a liaison for all Direct Channel Sales sources, including ESS (3 Zones), CSAP, and National Accounts. The role requires strong collaborative abilities, relationship building skills, and consummate technical/professional knowledge. Workflow management, adaptability, a positive/constructive attitude, and ability to effectively manage stress in a fast-paced environment is also a must. Benefits start on day one including medical, dental & vision.Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pmThis position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Your Impact Responsible for being the Single Point of Contact for assigned territories/branchesKey functions involve handling all inbound calls and emails involving credit applications, upgrades, buyouts, rates, etc.Ensure all core systems are notated accurately and promptlyWorks to develop relationships with assigned Sales Branches; included, but not limited to, outbound support calls, quarterly review meetings, branch visits, etc.Work with Sales to forge partnerships and creative resolutionsBuild internal trust and support with respect to accomplishing common organizational goals; strong understanding of CFS business landscapeProvide timely responses to rate inquiries and non-standard rate structures. Ensure all core systems are notated accurately and promptlyVerify application equipment MSRP values and models, validates soft costsWork in a team environment within Sales Support along with Risk Analysts, Documentation/Contract Management associates and Customer Service Representatives to quickly facilitate responses and deliver resultsBuild, maintain and navigates working relationships with Direct Channel partnersSupply details of credit scoring for applications and acts as a Sales advocate by gathering additional information for further credit reviewPartners with Credit Risk Analysts to obtain additional credit information to decision challenged credit applicationsCommunicate application status and credit decisions to Direct Channel sourcesOffers creative resolutions to move Direct Channel business forward when applicableCommunicate with Credit and Collections to determine causes of delinquency and to facilitate resolutions on pended credit applicationsPartner with Documentation Administrators/Bid Group to support terms and conditions modificationsCollaborate with Documentation Team to research and validate lease signers, provide customer contacts for verbal acceptancesAssist with Documentation follow up activities as needed, i.e.Follow up on outstanding/aged POs to obtain status updates on invoices for bookingMeet individual goals consistent with position level requirementsProactively completes the responsibilities of the position while meeting performance standards with minimal supervisionParticipate in/lead projects, initiatives, and trainings as assigned by managementDevelop training for outside Sales Teams and internal Sales SupportAbout You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum five years in relationship management and/or financial services requiredPrior experience processing, scoring, and communication of credit decisions a plusEnergetic, team player with positive attitude and professional demeanorStrong desire to pursue a career in the financial services industryProven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracyExceptional ability to navigate and maintain organization of multiple tasks with accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentIntermediate knowledge level of Excel and Microsoft Office productsExcellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport/relationship building, listening, and follow up skillsExhibits outstanding written and verbal communication skills and takes initiative to disseminate key departmental informationStrong analytical, problem solving, qualitative, and quantitative skills requiredExperience succeeding in a fast-paced, issue resolution driven environmentThe company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $26.02 - $38.97 hourlyCompany Overview About our Company - Canon Financial Services, Inc.
