They are adept at extracting and manipulating data from systems like SQL and Cognos, utilizing advanced tools such as R, Python, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Analysts take on a more leadership-oriented role, actively engaging in delegating tasks, answering queries from junior analysts, and fostering relationships within the organization.This position remains dynamic, providing opportunities for Analysts to gain exposure to various facets of the business and continue their development as future leaders within the organization.
