Billing Coordinator (Entry level)

Job DescriptionH2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, seeks a Billing Coordinator to support our growing team. Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Project Accounting, this entry-level position is responsible for assisting with project set-up and maintenance, timely and accurate billing, and daily financial assistance to designated business groups.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with timely and accurate billing for designated projectsProvide day-to-day general financial assistance for business groupsAssist with the set-up of projects in BST accounting systemAssist with the review of proposals and contracts to ensure proper billing procedures; provide follow-up as neededReview timesheets and expense reportsPerform other duties as assignedEducation & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferredMust have prior accounting/finance, customer service, and/or related experiencePrior experience with BST Enterprise preferredProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication & interpersonal skillsExcellent planning and organization skillsProblem analysis, judgment, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as a team playerAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Adobe Professional preferredThe salary range for this role is $55,000 - $62,000 annually. The employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography, and/or related certifications - not related to any applicant's characteristics protected by local, state, or federal law.
