This is how they learn and grow to become amazing at making the Best Takeout Pizzas in the Universe, at providing warm, welcoming enthusiastic, and genuine service to their customers, at keeping our shops super clean, and at doing the right things on the daily to ensure that our business is successful in sales and profit."- Morpheus, CEO & Founder As our Restaurant Coach, you will be the backbone of our operations at your store. As a Zealot Coach, you will assume responsibility for all functions of a Zalat Pizza restaurant to deliver high quality products and customer service, and to achieve restaurants sales and profitability goals. This is accomplished by being a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions, and instilling pride and accountability in team members. You will oversee a team and be responsible for all operations administrative and leadership functions. As part of your onboarding, we will provide 5-6 weeks of training. As a Zalat Restaurant Coach, you must uphold high standards for food, health and safety, and hospitality. Job SpecificationsResponsibilities of a great Zalat Restaurant Coach include:Nurture team development by providing constant and consistent coaching, leadership, and training.Recruit future Zealots and oversee other employee management tasks.Manage and maintain daily operational tasks on our checklist.Process and audit payroll and scheduling.Ensure the facility and equipment are maintained to high standards.Manage inventory and purchasing to meet PAR levels.Optimize store profitability by managing controllable costs and revenues.Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development for yourself and your team.Monitor customer feedback daily and coach up your Zealots and make other adjustments as needed to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.BenefitsAs a Restaurant Coach, you may be offered stock options as authorized by our board of directors. Zalat Coaches are expected to consistently work these high-volume shifts.
