The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership while collaborating with a dynamic management team. As a Senior Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the private wealth management business. Responsibilities for the role include:Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the management team in driving business initiatives, operational efficiency, and strategic planningProvide analytical support to aid decision-making and strategy developmentCurate weekly management meetings, overseeing agenda setting, follow-ups, and communication trackingProvide daily briefings with key insights for client and prospective client meetings, ensuring effective follow-throughRecord and log meeting notes in Salesforce, maintaining detailed communication recordsDraft and monitor emails, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completionAuthor thought leadership content on industry trends to present to management. Past examples have included Trends in Multi-Family Office Industry, Economics of Family Offices, and AI curriculum developmentContribute to Business Development efforts through meeting material creation, financial analysis, and client engagementLog meetings and notes in Salesforce to track interactions with prospective clientsMonitor market activity and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities with potential clientsDesign marketing collateral and client qualification processes, utilizing tools like MS Forms and SmartsheetCreate internal educational content for advisor training and Business Development meetingsTrack client referrals, reference calls, and projected AUM, generating monthly metrics and reportsWork closely with the management team to facilitate cross-team communication, collaboration, manage special projects, and offer innovative solutionsConduct research, analyze data, and present actionable insights to refine business strategiesBuild relationships with key stakeholders and develop a strong industry networkIdentify opportunities for process improvement and optimize business performance through data-driven insightsDevelop leadership skills through hands-on involvement with management, gaining in-depth knowledge of private wealth management practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirementsAbout YouBachelor's degreeHave between 1- and 2-years work experienceAre comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookSelf-starter who takes ownership and can lead/manage tasks independently; confidence to work closely with senior leadersHighly organized and process orientedCommitment to excellence and high level of integrityHave experience serving and working with clientsCan communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholdersStrong attention to detailSeek to understand how the smallest details fit into the "big picture" of our service to clientsAre discreet in handling sensitive and confidential informationLove taking on challenges and finding creative solutions; continue searching until you find the right answerWork well independently and as part of a teamGenuinely like helping peopleAre hungry to learnAre resilient and don't get flustered easilyConsidered but not required:Business, economics, or finance majorAptitude for learning new technologiesPrevious financial services (private banking or wealth management) experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits, and other perks.We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $100,000 to $110,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.Our benefits package includes:Medical, dental & vision insurance - 100% of premium covered for employees401k participation with employer contributionGenerous paid time offCommuter benefits program (pre-paid tax dollars towards your commute)Fitness ReimbursementAnnual Professional Development and Mindfulness Stipend#J-18808-Ljbffr
