This position leads the definition, development and execution of the business risk management model which will identify the level of assurance necessary based on business value. In addition, this position will work with customers to develop agreements and processes to ensure compliance. When necessary they will work with industry organizations to establish aerospace security standards.Research government and regulatory requirements, determine applicability, develop plans and risk mitigations to demonstrate compliance. Identify management mechanisms and processes. Work with the technical development team to design enhancements or new systems that enable the business and corporation needs.Stay abreast of industry trends to identify strategic direction, issues & resolution, and working together opportunities with external companies and agencies.Develop security, identity and access management strategy and solutions across customer facing products. Coordinating with department managers within business units and enterprise Business Continuity is required.Manage development, prioritization, resource allocation, and scheduling for requirements.Oversee the creation and maintenance of business processes, architecture, and requirements. Manage product roadmap for the solution. Work with other product managers, information technology architects, and management to prioritize requirements. Work closely with development staff to ensure functional requirements are met. Lead the acceptance activity of the product.Develop and manage the risk management process for classifying data and functions by business value to determine risk assurance and acceptance.Develop and oversee the process used to manage business requirements. Maintain oversight of product schedules and acceptance to meet overall solution strategy goals.Lead analysis of metrics and trends to determine risks and vulnerabilities.Develop business cases and product plans. Work with other IT professionals to ensure requirements are met. Obtain funding and approval to develop products.Work closely with key stakeholders on proposals that affect business cases. Adjust product capabilities and strategy to maintain financial commitments.Technical Architect Mandatory Skills6-10 years experience and knowledge of risk management methods and their application towards security, identity, and access management within a regulated industry.Previous experience and knowledge with developing business architectures and processes that cross multiple business organizations.Knowledge of Identity and Access Management industry trends, standards, and disciplines.Understand Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) methods and application is required.Knowledge in Product Management and Product Life Cycle Management.Demonstrated ability to create and manage quantitative based business analyses.Demonstrated ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies.Ability to effectively interpret and discuss topics with various stakeholders (e.g., Technology, Security, Legal, executive management, etc).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Fast learner with a passion for technology and design.Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.Must be able to comfortably present to customers, partners, and industry experts in various formats and venues.Able to work effectively in a changing environment; able to deal with ambiguity.Technical Architect Start DateASAPTechnical Architect Assignment Length8+ monthsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
