The CIS Regional Growth Leader of Wabtec plays a vital role in representing and advocating for Wabtec to business and government stakeholders. Their main responsibilities include driving a One Wabtec approach in leading and achieving commercial strategies, business development, regional operations, and talent development aligned with the global P&Ls and functions. Experience in the CIS Region is required for this role. The Regional Leader must also spend at least 50% of the year in Kazakhstan.Who will you be working with?To achieve this, the Regional Leader is leading and partnering across a matrixed organization as well as with cross-functional teams and P&Ls. The goal is to support Wabtec's culture through strong and inspiring leadership internally as well as externally within the CIS region.What will your typical day look like? Execution Ensure execution of business metrics: Sales/Revenue, Cash, EBIT, and OrdersEnsure and implement a growth plan, including CAPEX. Ability to be in a seated position for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at a time.You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary. The salary range for this role is between $198,000 - $335,000. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus.
