The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and high-energy individual. This individual will aid in managing our Professional Services Automation System (PSA) ConnectWise, collaborate on purchasing tasks and provide support for our monthly billing procedures.This position will report to the Operations ManagerThe hybrid position will be based out of our New York City Office 3 days per week but will be able to work remotely 2 days a week.This is a full-time position offering full benefits, a salary in the $50K to $70K range, paid training, and performance-based bonusesResponsibilitiesBe part of a team of ConnectWise Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems administrators primarily focusing on billing and project/agreement setup, while helping with purchasing tasks as requiredAssist in conducting end-of-month billing processesEnsure sales tax is accurate within the billing systemsManage sales / use tax resale certificatesMaintain and update relevant ConnectWise settingsCoordinate special projects with a focus on processes and related business operations systems integration and automationPrepare ad hoc reports using ConnectWise and help collecting, analyzing, and presenting data as appropriateAttend internal and external meetings as required and provide data required for executives to make well informed decisionsAdditional responsibilities consistent with this role may be requiredQualificationsBA/BS Degree is preferred1-4 years of relevant experience in finance or operationsAny ConnectWise/PSA, Billing, Accounts Receivable experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly ambitious with a desire to be a top industry professionalAbility to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentSuperior multi-tasking and organizational skills, must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverablesStrong collaboration and rapport building abilitiesSolid MS Office experience including Power Point and the ability to create attractive and engaging presentationsExcellent work ethic and customer focusInitiative and follow through are key characteristicsAny prior accounting experience (Billing / Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable) is a plusStrong time-management and follow-up skills are necessaryFor more details, visit .Tier 2PM20Align is a premier global provider of technology infrastructure solutions.
