All positions require successful completion of a drug screening.This Pre-Award position is for a Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist Team Lead who will serve as a team lead in support in of administrative and intelligence tasks for a Combatant Command (CCMD), J2.Serves as the Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist team lead on a large, Joint Intelligence Operations Center program in support of the USCENTCOM Area of Operations. Contributes to the planning, execution, and management of CI/HUMINT activities in the CENTCOM AOR, ensuring effective threat detection and mitigation for US and Coalition forces.Manages CI/HUMINT targeting efforts, focused on identifying and prioritizing foreign intelligence threats.Utilizes Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection methodologies to supplement CI/HUMINT efforts.Analyzes CI/HUMINT requirements and supports the develop of comprehensive collection plans to address critical intelligence gaps.Ensures the legitimacy and accuracy of information obtained from sources through thorough vetting procedures.Supports CI support to operational missions and force protection initiatives, safeguarding US and Coalition personnel and assets.Supports and coordinates production of critical intelligence products, including: Foreign Intelligence Threat Assessments (FITA), Foreign visitor vetting reports, CI Threat Vulnerability Assessments, HUMINT collection/source-directed requirements, CI/HUMINT Requests for Information (RFIs), All-source intelligence analytic products for identifying foreign intelligence threats and CI/HUMINT targeting lead generation. Leverages data visualization tools for tracking foreign intelligence presence throughout the USCENTCOM AORManages Production Reviews (PR) supporting Asset Validation (AV) panelsEngages in routine communication with the customer on both mission and administrative deliverables.Identifies and implements corrective action plans, timely identification of issues and effective management of contractors assigned to the CI/HUMINT Division.Engages in technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the CI/HUMINT Division.PM21 Job Requirements: As a Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist, you must meet the following requirements:Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with CI polygraph eligibility.US Citizenship Required Education / Required Experience: Master's Degree with 12 yrs. related experience or Bachelor's Degree with a total of 17 yrs. experience as a substitute to the Master's degreeRequired: A strong understanding of CI/HUMINT principles and applications. Proficiency in research methods, data analysis, and intelligence reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: USCENTCOM Intelligence Experience. Familiarity with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection techniques.Competencies:Technical: Fully understand the intelligence discipline in which the assigned position is supporting.
