LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.ResponsibilitiesInspect construction work to ensure compliance with nfrastructure standards and project specificationsPrepare daily reports including description of contractor work activities, labor and equipment identification and quantityReview plans to identify potential violationsDocument inspections and report any issuesDetermine the quality of materials being used QualificationsMinimum of 1-5 years engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required Self-starter and organized capable of simultaneously working on multiple projects (terminals, buildings, bridges, ports)Working knowledge of inspection and testing of mechanical, electrical, fire protection and architecturalEffective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel andValid driver's license is requiredOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
