We seek professionals who have demonstrated high academic/professional achievement, leadership, communication skills, and have a strong interest in consulting and Human Capital.Job Responsibilities:This position is responsible for helping to manage multiple, concurrent client engagements as well as providing support across all service lines for TMG Partners. Primary responsibilities for the role include:Participate in C-level client facing interactions and prepare supporting written reports, presentations, and other deliverables related to client work.Drive business development efforts for a portion of TMG's pipeline including delivering BD pitches and supporting materials creation.Leadership Assessments:Design and administer leadership assessments to evaluate individuals' strengths, weaknesses, and potential for growth.Analyze assessment results to identify patterns, gaps, and development needs.Prepare and deliver comprehensive assessment reports with actionable recommendations for clients.Provide project management oversight and direction across multiple clients involving groups of different internal and external stakeholders.Provide support for the development of intellectual capital during or following project assignments.Conduct required research, market analysis, and data gathering in support of client engagements.Analyze and compile reports in support of executive development and coaching engagements.Over time, grow into an executive coach/advisor with an active book of business driving client retention and new revenue for TMG.Required Skills & Qualifications:We hire great people, regardless of any one specific qualification. However, ideal qualifications include:Substantial (8+ years) professional services, leadership consulting, executive search and/or operating consulting experience, ideally in strategy with a specific interest in Human Capital.Bachelor's degree and graduate degree preferred (MBA, JD).Strong project management and client management skills.Demonstrated expertise in Executive Assessment and Coaching.Proven ability to drive client acquisition and retention over time.Experience working in the Private Equity (PE) space with comfort navigating the PE lifecycle and stakeholder group.Proven skills in the areas of research, communication, and execution.Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams.High level of initiative and responsibility with a dedication to quality.About The Miles Group:At TMG, we help our clients maximize their investments in talent. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for new joiners for this role is $180,000 - $250,000.
