The Director will be responsible for meeting with clients/funders and other stakeholders, converting technology and infrastructure business requirements into learning objectives.5+ years of hands-on outside sales experience within the IT services industry (IT, Networking, Security, Cloud)10+ years of experience in IT (IT, Networking, Security, Cloud)Cloud experience strongly preferred; Salesforce preferredSolid business development and customer service experience neededProven track record of enterprise sales experience is preferredStrong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customersDetail-oriented with good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environmentWHAT YOU'LL DO:Make telephone calls, virtual meetings, or in-person meetings with prospective clientsConduct planning and research using a variety of databases, internet, and industry tools, demonstrating understanding of client stakeholders' requirementsProvide technical presentations and demonstrations detailing how Per Scholas solutions will solve client challengesDesign slide decks for clients/funders highlighting design choices made by the clientAssist sales activities that require advanced technical product knowledgeUpdate sales and client databases with current information and deliverablesProvide end-to-end solutions and design details for the client and stakeholdersAssume primary responsibility for the analysis and design phase of new curricula (about 70% of time will be spent here)Collaborate with the Product Development and Product Engineer teams on the development of content and resourcesCollaborate with the technology team to identify available vs. desired technologies and associated costsResearch, analyze, and apply tested and innovative trends in technologies and best practicesCoordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document learning and development programsCapture continuous feedback from teams on content performance in the classroomStay informed on the latest industry developments by attending team meetings and training workshopsSimultaneously manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO US:Professional Qualifications-A bachelor's degree in IT and related fields of studyA background in Technology can be demonstrated with the following:A degree in computer science or similar fieldSome college courses in computer science or similar fieldIT Bootcamp ExperienceIndustry-recognized certificationsSkilled in performing discovery with clients and holding conversations at the c-levelKnowledge of Rapid Instructional Design principles and applicationKnowledge of copyright and its relationship to designObsessive attention to detail and eye for consistency and accuracyExperience utilizing the ADDIE, SAM model to develop contentKnowledge of adult learning theory and its application to instructional designExperience with design tools: Google Suite (slides, sheets, docs), PowerPointTech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote environmentStrong interpersonal skills - Experience working with diverse individuals and groupsProcess-oriented and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented, highly responsive communicator, and excellent verbal and written communication skillsInterest in being part of a culture of continuous improvementPersonal CharacteristicsHas incredibly strong communication skills and enjoys working with entrepreneurial avatars as primary SMEsExperience effectively partnering with other SMEs when necessaryStrong leadership skills and comfortable working with executivesHighly collaborative and thrives in a team-based environment with rapid feedbackCan operate independently and make decisions confidentlyFor this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range between $80,000/year and $85,000/year, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography and alignment with qualifications and experience.#LI-remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
