Program Description:PHS administers WholeYouNYC (WYNYC), a coordinated community resource network that builds trustworthy and reliable pathways between healthcare providers, health plans and CBOs providing critical resources in the community that address the social drivers of health. WYNYC brings together over 100 organizations offering various programs - such as food, housing, employment, health insurance, and sexual health services - across all five boroughs. These services and programs make it possible for New Yorkers to live their healthiest lives and ultimately reduce health disparities and advance health equity. To date, our network has already impacted thousands of lives through community partnerships and referrals, generating millions in estimated healthcare savings. New York State (NYS) recently announced the availability of $500M statewide to support Social Care Network (SCN) lead entities responsible for coordinating social care delivery in various regions across the state. Public Health Solutions (PHS) and our WYNYC network were awarded the role of regional SCN for Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. This is a grant-funded position funded through March 31, 2027. Position Summary:The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to PHS' Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This individual will play a crucial role in organizing high-level meetings and convenings, supporting complex administrative projects, and ensuring seamless and timely communication with high-level executives, officials, and stakeholders. Specifically, the Executive Assistant will:Manage Communications and Stakeholders:Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Screen incoming calls and correspondence, responding independently when appropriate and directing inquiries as needed.Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including high-level executives, government officials, and community partners.Support leadership communications strategy in collaboration with Development & Marketing team.Provide Administrative Support:Support the purchasing, HR, IT, and Finance functions of the CEO and network, employing effective standard operating procedures.Manage expense reports, process invoices, and handle other administrative tasks for the CEO.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Coordinate Projects:Assist the CEO in coordinating complex administrative projects and initiatives related to WholeYouNYC, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.Track progress on key initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions.Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.Experience working with governing boards or similar committees is highly desirable.Salary - $100,000 - $100,000 Desired Skills:Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.Passion for Public Health Solutions' mission and commitment to advancing health equity in New York City.
