For additional information, visit .THE JOBThe Director, Brand Growth - Beverage will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Live Nation's owned food and beverage brands. You will oversee overall brand direction and be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive brand experience, product expansion, consumer engagement and revenue growth. You will be directly involved in all facets of brand management, with a focus on:Ownership of brand strategy and business planning for food or beverage portfolioAccountable for brand experience at venues, festivals and partner propertiesDevelopment of brand standards, quality control and customer satisfaction measuresInnovation and growth, including development of expansion plans and new partnershipsRegional marketing, onsite merchandising and integrated fan journey communicationWHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOLiaise with internal teams including Venue Nation, Media & Sponsorship, and Live Lab to develop and execute brand strategies both within and outside of LN venuesAlign with festival operators outside of Venue Nation to understand how product can exist within each of their operationsConduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify new opportunities for innovation and brand expansionMake recommendations on brand experiences and activities, including product, promotion and distributionAdd product/ingredients to all major broadliner distribution channelsOwn expansion and go-to-market strategy, including securing new partnerships and conceptualizing creative regional marketing ideas to drive brand awareness and growthDevelop brand kit of parts to guide how and where brands show up, elevating brand equityWork with Venue Nation and operators to develop franchise brand standards; manage brand and quality standards to strengthen consumer experienceMonitor and analyze performance metrics to track effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisionsManage detailed budget to actively monitor and maximize ROI based on business and brand objectivesLead development and execution of retail strategy to enhance product positioning and grow market shareWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING5+ years experience in brand management, consumer marketing or growth, ideally within food & beverage, CPG, QSR or hospitalityRecord of success delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable resultsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and gain credibility amongst peers, managers and other leadership stakeholdersEntrepreneurial spirit, self-starter who sees opportunities for growth and can implement them quicklyAbility to manage through ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organizationUnderstanding of tied-house laws and other alcohol compliance regulationsKnowledge of competitive landscape and market research with ability to implement into decision-makingExcellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proven understanding of data analysis and reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficiency in Keynote is a plusStrong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trendsWillingness to travel preferredApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.BENEFITS & PERKSOur motto is "˜Taking Care of Our Own' through 6 pillars of benefits:HEALTH: Medical, Vision and Dental benefits for you and your family, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)YOURSELF: Generous paid time off policy including paid holidays, sick time and paid days off for your birthday, Free concert ticketsWEALTH: 401(k) program with company match, Stock ProgramFAMILY: New parent programs & support including caregiver leave and baby bonuses, infertility supportCAREER: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment internal growth and development programs & trainingsOTHERS: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding networkLive Nation's policy regarding vaccinations and masking will evolve based upon updated regulations and factors related to COVID-19.
