Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.*Training and Development:** *T*rain new technicians and provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to improve team performance and skill levels.*Inventory and Resource Management:** Manage inventory levels of spare parts and equipment. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials.*Mechanical Supervisor Position Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.* 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably in the maritime industry.* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, and HVAC systems.* Familiarity with ship repair processes is highly advantageous.* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
