C2C is not allowed)Our client is looking for someone to join their team in a full-time capacity as the Director of Data Science. The position is in New York City and the correct candidate will have the following skill set:End-to-end data science project/product management & preferably people management with all key soft skillsScoping media-related projects leveraging the following skills:Statistics/EconometricsAB Testing/Experiments/SurveysML/AIProviding relevant direction to our media partners & potentially to vendors hired by the media teamWell thought out deliverables in a timely mannerReviewing team member deliverables/code/presentations as neededAbility to get into the weeds as needed to support the team, but this would not be a typical expectationPhD or Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar degree (PhD preferred but not required)8+ years of experience in end-to-end statistical analysis, data science, and machine learning lifecycles at an enterprise levelExperience in the TV/Digital media space a plusStrong understanding of methods in statistical analysis (e.g., data distributions, regression analysis, experimental design, hypothesis testing, etc.)Expertise in exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, data wrangling, feature reduction, and feature engineeringExtensive experience with different Data Science methods such as clustering, classification, regression, time series, & optimizationAdvanced programming skills in modern languages including Python, R, C#, Java, Scala and Go (Python required)Experience with a range of machine learning-related frameworks and libraries, such as Python scikit-learn, Pandas, StatsModels, Keras, TensorFlowQUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans (M/F/D/V).
