In this role, you will work closely with the founders as a key strategic partner, putting people at the forefront as we scale beyond 100 people.Responsible for the entire people function at Airbyte, including People Operations, Recruiting, and Organizational Development, you and your team will develop a strategic end-to-end talent cycle: talent acquisition / recruiting, learning & development, performance management, engagement, and succession planning.
