Our data teams are growing quickly to keep pace with the needs of the business as it scales. As an early member of the Data Science & Analytics crew, you will set the tone for how we use data to drive product innovation and will be instrumental in nurturing a healthy data-informed culture.This is a technical full-stack analytics role. You will have end-to-end responsibilities, from defining how data is captured, structured and modeled; to conducting deep-dive analyses and partnering with cross-functional leaders to implement changes based on your recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-visibility initiatives, and make material contributions to the success of Zeplin's product and business.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with product groups to define, measure and report on core product metrics; define standard practices for how we monitor and evaluate new releases.Perform deep-dive analyses, investigate key patterns in user behavior and surface insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.Partner with Growth team to design, execute and analyze user-facing experiments.Work with Engineering to define tracking and instrumentation requirements.Collaborate with GTM teams to understand engagement within key strategic accounts, and identify leading indicators of retention and churn.Build internal-facing data products "” dashboards, apps, curated data sets, analysis frameworks, etc. "” to promote data literacy company-wide.Lead initiatives within data team to optimize tooling, automate workflows, improve collaboration and knowledge sharing, etc.About YouFlexible, motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.Curious but skeptical.
