The Director of Sales will be driven and entrepreneurial with a successful track record of consistently overachieving sales quotas within fast pace and high-growth Enterprise Software environments.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.S/he will be responsible for territory and account sales strategy, new customer acquisition, and existing account management and expansion. This is a senior level position at this time, reporting directly to the CEO. The position is measured by and expected to achieve all agreed-upon sales goals for the assigned territory and accounts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop insightful understanding of Decision Engines markets and customers to identify, qualify, and engage in high-impact new customersPerform in-depth analysis of customer's business and technical requirements to develop clear and appropriate strategic sales plans for each accountMaintain accurate planning and forecasts reporting to the CEO as needed and Board of Directors if requiredConsistently achieve sales quotas based on company revenue goalsMaintain an advanced understanding of the Decision Engines platform and solution suite while conducting market research to recommend product positioning and pricing strategiesCollaborate across company functions to suggest new offerings and areas for improvementDrive wider business development activities across assigned territory and assume ongoing customer success activities leading to account upsell opportunitiesPlay a lead role in building and maintaining the Decision Engines brand in their customer and partner marketsBe a key partner to the CEO, supporting tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure the company's continued growthREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEQualified candidates will combine an undergraduate (or graduate) degree, professional experience in directly-relevant technologies, and a demonstrated appetite and aptitude for ongoing skills development. Minimum qualifications are:Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferredProven success in enterprise software and/or business technology products and services salesDemonstrated knowledge of either RPA, Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, or Digital Transformation conceptsCreative and entrepreneurial: must have the ability to succeed within emerging company and market conditionsDisciplined and rigorous, with exceptional attention to detailOutstanding strategic and conceptual thinking skills, able to adjust and see opportunity within emerging market conditionsMust be exceptionally trained and skilled in consultative salesExceptional client-facing abilities, presentation skills, and self-confidence, yet empathetic to the audience with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple termsExcellent interpersonal skills to build the strong relationships critical to the success of this role inside and outside of the companyStrong stature and presence#J-18808-Ljbffr
