Job SummaryAs the Director - Player Development at Bally's, you will be responsible for the Player Development initiatives including, but not limited to, increasing the player database, increasing player revenue, and creating and implementing special events. Duties And ResponsibilitiesFoster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphereEnthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationsEstablish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goalsSelect, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective actionOversee the overall execution of the Player Development initiativesSupport Slot and Table Games marketingDevelopment and implement strategies to increase club membership, loyalty, and casino revenueDevelop, coordinate, and implement player special eventsEnsure all guest problems and concerns are addressed by exceeding the guests' expectations for a resolutionAttend all special events presented by the casinoPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming BoardMust have a high school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree preferredMinimum three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years in casino operations requiredMust have a minimum of three years of experience in player-tracking systemsHigh-level public relations and customer service skills are requiredExcellent written and verbal communications skills are requiredMust have a working knowledge of table games and slot machinesMust be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidaysPhysical DemandsRegularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and standFrequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reachOccasionally required to sit or stoopOccasionally lift and or move up to 30 poundsWork EnvironmentThe work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
