This position offers a unique opportunity to join our leadership team and be an integral part of shaping the financial strategy of our expanding business. As a CFO, you will hold 2.5% equity ownership in the company, earning dividends and distributions based on profits and growth.We are looking for a finance leader who is passionate about building something special and long-lasting. There is no salary for this position, but as the business grows, so will your financial rewards through profit-sharing mechanisms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability.Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with potential investors.Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and capital allocation decisions.Collaborate with the CEO and COO to drive growth and strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.RequirementsProven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role, ideally within a startup or fast-growing company.Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and financial modeling.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.Must be local to Los Angeles, CA for in-person meetings and engagement.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic decisions.Experience working in the media, entertainment, or similar industries is a plus.Benefits:2.5% ownership stake in G-ED UP ENTERTAINMENT, with dividends and profit-sharing based on company growth.Be part of a dynamic and growing entertainment company with significant opportunities for future financial rewards.Collaborate with a passionate team of entrepreneurs dedicated to creating impactful media content.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, along with a cover letter outlining your experience and why you are interested in joining G-ED UP ENTERTAINMENT.
