In this newly created position, The Director of Corporate Strategy will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and executing key initiatives across the company. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and aligning business operations with our long-term strategic goals. Reporting to the two cofounders, the Director will work closely with leadership to implement strategies that fuel growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Alignment:Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's strategic plan (including go-to-market work), ensuring alignment with operational goals.Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, driving initiatives that support the company's mission and vision.Lead efforts to assess and refine the company's operational model to support growth and scalability.Operational Excellence:Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, systems, and workflows across the organization.Implement best practices and operational standards to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of services.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational initiatives, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes, managing resources and timelines effectively.Develop and maintain a project management framework that supports consistent and high-quality execution.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and measure the success of operational initiatives.Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into the company's operational performance.Analyze trends and market data to anticipate challenges and identify new opportunities for improvement.Leadership and Team Development:Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Provide guidance and support to department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Develop training programs and initiatives to build operational capabilities within the organization.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and frontline employees, to drive operational improvements.Engage with external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.Risk Management and Compliance:Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Stay informed on regulatory changes, ensuring that the company's operations consistently meet all relevant legal requirements and guidelines.Develop and maintain contingency plans to safeguard against potential operational disruptions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).3-7 years at a top tier management consultancy, private equity firm, or operations/strategy experience at a fast-growing healthcare company.Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of owning strategic initiatives ideation through execution.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.Pay range and compensation package: Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities, health benefits, equity participation, and 401K with attractive matching.Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
