Amae Health is actively seeking a dynamic VP of Growth to lead our growth function, focused on patient acquisition.About the JobAs the VP of Growth, you will work closely with the co-founders and broader executive leadership team to build a strategy for driving sustainable growth across all markets. You will build and lead a team that cultivates strong referral partnerships with reputable healthcare organizations in our markets. You will deliver a consistently excellent experience for anyone who contacts Amae seeking care for themselves, a loved one, or a mutual patient. You will leverage marketing and brand to further execute a cohesive vision. Qualifications:7+ years of experience within a fast-growing healthcare delivery organizationProven ability to test multiple growth strategies and adjust priorities based on market, stage, and company goalsProven ability to design and execute plans that deliver exceptional results toward key organizational objectivesExperience leading teams across multiple geographies and roles Experience managing remote contact center teams, including hiring, training, staffing, and performance management Experience working with academic medical institutions and other healthcare delivery incumbents preferredResponsibilities:Develop and execute an organizational growth strategy that is well integrated with the Amae Health mission and reflects the nuances and needs of different geographies Lead intake coordination team, including contact center management and SLAs, conversion strategies, and cross-functional workflowsLead community liaison activities through a combination of dedicated team members and cross-trained clinicians to develop meaningful relationships with the healthcare ecosystem in each Amae marketExecute SEO/SEM/digital marketing strategyDrive user acquisition, retention, and engagementIdentify and test growth levers, analyze results, and scale successful initiativesWhat We Provide:Competitive cash compensation and equity options package in a high growth organizationA best in class work environment with some of the leading mental health professionals in the field!
