Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.The responsibilities and accountabilities include:Partner with few of the Corporate Functions stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across a few Corporate FunctionsAnalyze workforce data and trends to inform strategic decisionsUtilize HR dashboards to drive data-driven people decisions on retention, rewards, diversity, and organizational effectivenessExecute HR programs and initiatives:Implement JLL's global, regional, and local policies and tools throughout the employee lifecycle across stakeholder groups across the Region or globally.Develop and manage detailed project plans for HR programs such as goal setting, performance assessments, and rewards planningProactively identify and develop innovative solutions for anticipated challengesCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to adapt and deliver best-in-class HR practicesBoost employee engagement and culture:Foster an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes belongingImplement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfactionAlign workplace culture with JLL's values and leadership behaviorsManage employee feedback channels and translate insights into actionable improvementsExecution of HR actions leveraging HR operating model:Drive consistency and efficiency in execution of HR processes across countries and locationsGuide local leaders and managers to appropriate support resources within the HR structureMaximize the use of team resources at country and site levelsMaintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to enable integrated HR service deliveryEmployee relations:Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, partnering with the Employee Relations team as neededEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesCoach and advise managers on addressing employee performance, productivity, and engagement challengesManage talent:Lead and coordinate talent management activities, including goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planningPartner with managers to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employeesImplement career development programs and succession strategiesIdentify training needs and collaborate with L&D to create targeted development initiativesManage projects and change:Own and deliver projects aligned with the execution of the people strategyLead change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, or new program rolloutsExecute effective communication strategies for organizational changesQualifications:Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or other relevant field is required10 or more years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR business partner or similar roleStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and current workplace trendsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including geographically dispersedProven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiativesExperience with HR analytics and HRIS systemsStrong data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skillsSHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional certification preferredExperience partnering across Corporate FunctionsCompetencies:Strategic thinking and business acumen with a global mindsetChange management and organizational developmentEmployee relations and conflict resolutionProject management and executionEmotional intelligence and empathyAdaptability and flexibility.
