Focused on digital equity, they are undergoing restructuring within this division and need an Integration Specialist to facilitate a seamless transition and alignment.Job Description:The Integration Specialist will support the digital equity division through organizational restructuring and change management. This role will help create structured processes, assess workflows, and promote cultural alignment during this critical period.Key Responsibilities:Assessment & Planning: Evaluate team structures and workflows; develop a transition roadmap with key milestonesChange Management & Communication: Create change strategies, address risks, and hold meetings for engagement and transparencyCultural Alignment and Engagement: Implement team-building activities and advise leadership on fostering positive cultural shiftsProcess Alignment & Structure Redesign: Redefine roles, streamline workflows, and identify tools to enhance communication and efficiencyPerformance Monitoring & Feedback: Develop KPIs, monitor transition effectiveness, and provide feedback for ongoing improvementsQualifications:Experience: 3-5 years in organizational design, change management, or restructuring, ideally within nonprofit or education sectorsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Slack, Google Suite)Soft Skills: Highly organized, collaborative, independent, with strong communication and facilitation skillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related fieldCOVID-19 Requirements: Proof of vaccination, including boosterAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
